We offer comprehensive test preparation classes designed to help students perform confidently and successfully in their final examinations while minimizing exam-related stress. Our classes are conducted six days a week, providing students with consistent learning opportunities and flexible schedules. A dedicated team of highly qualified and experienced instructors is always available to guide students at every stage of their journey toward studying abroad.

Our test preparation courses are carefully structured to meet the specific requirements and evaluation criteria of each examination. We focus not only on exam-oriented strategies but also on strengthening core language skills, improving time management, and building exam confidence. Through regular practice sessions, mock tests, and personalized feedback, we ensure that students are fully prepared to achieve their desired scores.

Test Preparation Available For

We currently provide specialized preparation classes for the following Japanese language proficiency examinations:

JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test)
Our JLPT preparation classes focus on grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, listening skills, and test-taking strategies. Students are trained according to different JLPT levels to help them meet university and institutional requirements.

NAT-TEST
The NAT-TEST preparation program is designed to closely follow the JLPT-style format. Our instructors help students develop strong language fundamentals while familiarizing them with the exam structure, question patterns, and time constraints.

JLCT (Japanese Language Capability Test)
Our JLCT preparation classes emphasize practical language usage, comprehension, and communication skills. Students receive targeted training to improve accuracy and confidence for this exam.

J-CERT (Japanese Language Certification Test)
We also offer preparation classes for the J-CERT, focusing on language proficiency assessment required by certain Japanese institutions. Our course covers essential grammar, vocabulary, reading, listening, and exam techniques to help students achieve qualifying scores.

It is a student pre-departure handbook that combines general advice on immigration, fees, and maintenance needs with information about planning for a student's journey, arriving in that nation, and so on.

You do not need to be concerned about your travel arrangements to your selected study location; our travel partners will offer you information on available plane tickets, pricing, and dates in real-time. Even if the ticket is required within a short period of time, we have the resources to handle the ticket quickly.

Visa Processing
Visa Processing

To apply for a Japanese student visa, first secure admission to a recognized Japanese institution and obtain the Certificate of Eligibility (COE). Gather required documents such as your passport, photos, COE, and Japanese language certificates. Complete the visa application form and schedule an appointment with VFS Global (Japan Visa Application Center, Kathmandu). Submit your application and pay the visa fee. Processing usually takes around 6 working days, though it may take longer. Once approved, collect your passport with the visa affixed.
